Dashboards

The Organization overview is shared with the team and answers the questions you ask every day, each once: what needs you (the review banner at the top), how hiring is going (applications, candidates in progress, hires, time to hire and the hiring funnel), what's coming up (AI interviews, interviews with your team and joining dates), how each stage is doing (calls answered, test and AI interview pass rates), applications per week, usage against your limits, who has been stuck for more than a week, calling campaigns, and every role at a glance.

Rearranged it and want the default back? In the dashboard menu choose Reset to the default layout. When a newer default comes out, an Overview you arranged yourself is never changed without asking: you'll see an offer to switch, or you can keep yours.

The filter bar sets the date range (last 30 days by default, compared with the previous period), drives, roles, locations and sources.

• Start from a template (Hiring overview, AI screening calls, Candidate quality, Interview panel, Location & branch view, Leadership monthly) or a blank dashboard.
• Add widget opens a library of hundreds of ready-made widgets by scenario, with live previews.
• Ask AI: describe a widget or a whole dashboard in a sentence and keep what you like.
• Or build a widget yourself: numbers, bars, lines, pies, funnels, leaderboards, tables, heatmaps, goals and lists, from applications, calls, interviews, tests, onboarding, emails or activity.
• Drag and resize widgets on the grid; changes save automatically.

Every widget can See the records behind it, Download CSV, go full screen, or be explained by AI. Share a dashboard with only you, the whole team or chosen access roles, set it to refresh automatically, or show it on a screen with TV mode. Numbers from sections a member cannot open stay hidden from them.
