Move candidates to the final round
The Suggested tab ranks candidates by interview score with their resume and round 1 scores and an AI summary. Compare up to four side by side. Near misses have Suggest for final anyway.
Move to final round asks for:
- Format: Video interview on our platform (recommended), In person, Outside video link, or Phone call.
- When: a round 3 slot, or a date and time.
- Interviewers: each gets a personal link, a notification and a scorecard.
- Duration: 20 minutes to 2 hours, 45 by default.
Video interviews on our platform
No outside meeting links are needed. The candidate gets a personal link and a 6-digit code; each interviewer gets their own link.
- 1The interviewer checks their devices and presses Start meeting.
- 2The candidate enters their code, checks camera, microphone, speakers and connection, agrees to the recording, and shares their entire screen if required.
- 3The candidate waits in the waiting room until an interviewer admits them (or joins automatically, if you set that).
- 4In the call: camera, microphone, screen sharing, chat, the shared whiteboard, and an Interview panel with the candidate's details, your scorecard, proctoring alerts and notes.
- 5When it ends, the recording is processed and each interviewer fills in their scorecard.
After the interview
- Recordings: the meeting view, the candidate's screen, and each person's microphone.
- Transcript with who said what; click a time to jump to it.
- AI summary: overview, strengths, concerns, key moments and a suggested score per criterion. A suggestion only.
- Proctoring timeline, Chat and the Whiteboard pages.
Scorecards and the panel score
Each interviewer scores independently. The default criteria are subject knowledge, communication, fit with the team and motivation, each from 1 to 5. On the pipeline's interview step you can rename, add or remove criteria and give each one a scale out of 5 or 10. Every scorecard ends with a Recommendation: Hire, Hold or No.
The panel score is the average of the scorecards. The panel card shows how many recommend hire, hold or no, and warns when interviewers disagree by more than 30 points. Interviewers see only their own interviews.
Video interview settings
Owners and admins set the organization defaults; a pipeline step or a single interview can change them with Customize.
| Area | Options (defaults) |
|---|---|
| Joining | Interviewer admits the candidate (or automatically) · waiting room opens 15 minutes early · 6-digit code · camera required · phones and tablets allowed (their camera is recorded instead of the screen). |
| Recording | Meeting view · candidate's entire screen (required, if they agree, or off) · transcript with who said what · AI summary. Everyone agrees to the consent text first. |
| Proctoring | For the candidate only: switching tabs, leaving full screen, split screen, faces, copy and paste, a second screen. Live alerts to the interviewer. A warning limit can notify interviewers or remove the candidate. |
| Timing | Reminder before the end · optional automatic end · no-show offered after 10 minutes · alert if no interviewer has started · close an empty meeting. |
| In the call | Chat · interviewers can present their screen · candidate can present their screen (on) · candidate can mute themselves (on). |
| Retention | Recordings are kept 365 days by default, or forever. Transcripts, summaries and scorecards stay. |
You can Delete recordings of any interview afterwards. Scorecards and the proctoring log are kept.
