Eqo, your assistant
Ask Eqo about your candidates or how to do something. It finds people with real data, shows the closest matches when nobody fits exactly, and points you to the right page.

What Eqo does
Eqo (said "echo") lives in the bottom-right corner of every dashboard page. Its name comes from HumanEQ: it listens, then reflects back what matters. Ask it in plain words and it answers with data from your account.
- Find candidates: "Anyone with 10+ years of experience?", "Has anyone worked at Delhi Public School?", "Maths teachers near Kukatpally who scored 70+ in the AI interview".
- Never just "no": when nobody matches exactly, Eqo shows the closest matches and how close each one is ("9 yrs · 1 short of 10").
- Understand a candidate: "Tell me about Priya Sharma", "Why was Ravi closed?", "Compare Anil and Sneha".
- Numbers and to-dos: "How many applied this week?", "What needs my review?".
- Help with the product: "How do I create a pipeline?" gives the steps, a button to the right page and Show me, which starts the guided tour at that step.
How to ask Eqo
- 1Click the green Eqo button in the bottom-right corner, or press Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on a Mac).
- 2Type your question, or tap one of the suggestions for the page you are on.
- 3Open a candidate card to go to their application. Follow-ups like "only Hyderabad" or "sort by interview score" change the last search.
- 4Use New chat to start again and History to go back to an earlier conversation.
Eqo only reads
Eqo never changes anything: it doesn't move candidates or send emails. It shows you where to do it yourself.
Privacy and fairness
- Eqo sees only what you can see: your access role and your drives.
- It never filters or ranks people by gender, age, religion, caste, marital status or disability, and never says whom to hire.
- Your conversations are private to you and are deleted 30 days after the last message.
- Eqo is switched on per organization by HumanEQ. Questions that look at candidate data count toward your plan's Eqo questions; how-to questions are free.
