Finding your way around

The sidebar has six groups. Each team member sees only the sections their access role opens; empty groups disappear. Some sections, such as Biodata forms or Walk-in days, appear only when that module is switched on for your organization.

At the bottom are your name and access role, the light and dark theme switch, and Log out. The sidebar can be collapsed.

• Search across candidates, roles and phone numbers.
• Calling status: whether the calling agent is live, in simulation, or not connected.
• Copy link and QR for your public apply link.
• New role for managers.
• The notifications bell: the latest 20 events that need you, filtered to the sections you can open.
• Report a problem: tell us what went wrong. A screenshot and technical details are attached, and you get a reference number and a notification when it is fixed.

The Overview is a dashboard made of widgets: key numbers, the hiring funnel, today's activity, AI insights and a Needs attention list of everything waiting for a person. You can build your own dashboards too. See Dashboards.

Organization → Activity log records every step with who or what made it: System, AI, a team member, the calling provider or the candidate. Nothing in it can be edited or deleted. Filter by type (Application, Call, Campaign, Interview, Email, Round, Organization), search, pick dates and Export CSV.
