Remarks and final scores

Every scored step (resume screen, screening call, test, AI interview and interview with your team) can ask a person for a remark before the score counts. The reviewer reads the AI's reasoning and adds what they know: the line was noisy, the answer was stronger than it sounded, the candidate taught this exact syllabus. The AI then re-reads its evidence with the remark and sets the final score.

This is on by default. Later gates and conditions use the final score, and the combined resume + call score is recalculated.

• Final score: “A person adds a remark; the AI sets the final score with it” (default), or “Use the AI score as it is”.
• The remark can move the AI score by up to a number of points: 30 by default, 0 to 100.
• What the reviewer should comment on: one point per line, shown next to the remark box.

1. 1When a score is in, the candidate waits at the step, flagged Remark needed, and you get a notification.
2. 2On the application page, the amber box Your remark sets the final score shows the AI score and the points to comment on.
3. 3Write your remark and press Set the final score.
4. 4You see the final score next to the AI's, and the candidate moves on. The remark is added to the notes and the timeline, with the AI's reason.

Your remark is kept and retried every 5 minutes for an hour; as soon as the AI answers, it is applied in your name. If the AI is still unavailable after that hour, the team is notified and asked to set the final score by hand with Or set the final score myself on the application, within the allowed range. You can also do that straight away instead of waiting.
